How to Make Peppermint Vodka Christmas Pudding Shots

We’ve got the perfect recipe that is sure to bring the Christmas cheer to any holiday party.

With just a few ingredients and a little bit of time, you can make a festive dessert shot that everyone will love.

If you are not a fan of peppermint, you can easily change out the flavor of vodka and pudding used.

Here are a few popular flavors.

Ingredients for Pudding Shots

The ingredients for this recipe are simple and easy to find in your local grocery store, with the exception of the peppermint flavored vodka.

It is available in most liquor stores.

You’ll need the following: 

  • 1 3oz Box Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Peppermint Vodka
  • 16oz Whipped Cream Topping (thawed) – can make homemade whip topping or use Cool Whip
  • Condiment Cups or shot glasses
  • Christmas Sprinkles
  • Crushed candy canes or peppermint candies (optional)

Kitchen Tools Needed

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Spoon or Whisk

Step-by-Step Instructions for Pudding Shots

Step 1. Mix the pudding

Start by pouring the dry pudding mix into a bowl or container. Then add the cold milk and whisk until all of the lumps are gone.

Step 2. Add vodka

Next, add the peppermint flavored vodka and stir everything together until it is fully combined. The mixture should be thick but still pourable.

Step 3. Fold in the whipped cream

Slowly fold in the mixed topping.

Step 4. Add to containers

Scoop into the condiment cups leaving a little room for expansion.

Step 5. Refrigerate

Place in the refrigerator to set for at least 4 hours before serving.

These quick and easy Christmas pudding shots are the perfect dessert and shot in one. Great for holiday entertaining!

Ingredients

  • 1 3oz Box Vanilla Pudding
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Peppermint Vodka

  • Condiment Cups
  • Christmas Sprinkles

Instructions

    1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the vodka, milk & pudding mix.
    2. Slowly fold in the whipped topping.
    3. Scoop into the condiment cups leaving a little room for expansion.
    4. Sprinkle with Christmas sprinkles.
